Alison Haupt

Alison began her real estate career over 20 years ago in Texas as a licensed agent specializing in corporate relocation, and subsequently moved into the lending industry for US Bank in New York and California. She has a strong background navigating complex real estate transactions with industry insight to successfully assist buyers and sellers make informed decisions. Through diversified industry experience, she has proven an aptitude for fostering relationships, managing contracts, and enhancing profitability for her clients.  

Alison also has a passion for design and an eye for style. She enjoys remodeling, expertly preparing and staging properties to optimize value, whether assisting her clients or for her own personal projects. Real estate continues to play an impactful role in Alison’s life. She grew up immersed in the real estate industry, as her mother has been a real estate broker for more than 40 years, and she has fond memories of property staging and soaking up the art of client negotiations.

Alison is a member of the San Luis Obispo Coastal Association of Realtors, North County Association of Realtors. The California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She lives in Templeton with her two children, where she enjoys mountain biking, hiking, trail running, yoga, and anything outdoors. She serves as a community advocate for families with special needs children, helping them navigate their educational needs and obtain other vital community resources. Proud to call the beautiful Central Coast home, Alison enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for the area and knowledge of local real estate with her clients.
